At the heart of everything I do is a belief that organisations work best when leaders create environments where people feel trusted, heard and able to do their best work.​​​​​​

My career began at the John Lewis Partnership, where I developed a deep appreciation for organisations that take culture and people dynamics seriously. Working inside one of the UK's most respected employee-owned businesses shaped my belief that strong organisations are built on trust, clarity and shared purpose.
​
Over time my work evolved into advising senior leaders on culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness. Through my consultancy I've worked with a wide range of organisations, from global brands to fast-growing companies. I supported leaders to navigate change, strengthen their teams and build cultures that lasted beyond the good times.
​
My interest in intercultural leadership has roots in academia as well as practice. I hold a Masters in Intercultural Communication, and served as an advisor to the CQ Centre; a global authority on Cultural Intelligence. That combination of research, frameworks and hands-on client work shapes how I approach every engagement involving international teams or multicultural leadership.
​
Today that work has expanded beyond a traditional consultancy model. I partner directly with founders, boards and leadership teams as a strategic advisor, facilitator and investor.
​
Alongside my advisory work I serve as a Non-Executive Director at PHA Homes and a Trustee at Pompey in the Community and When Life Gives You Lemons. I also invest in a small number of ventures where I believe in the people and the mission.
​
Outside work, I live in Berkshire, spend as much time as possible on the golf course and rarely miss a race during the Formula One season. I'm also a lifelong supporter of Portsmouth Football Club, which has taught me plenty about resilience and patience over the years.
