Executive Partnership
The most consequential leadership challenges are rarely ones that can be worked through internally. The people at the top (CEOs, HRDs, MDs, the founders) often carry decisions about culture, performance and organisational direction that require an outside perspective to think through clearly.
I provide a confidential space for senior executives and those responsible for culture to explore difficult situations, challenge their own thinking and arrive at decisions with greater clarity.
This work often focuses on leadership behaviour, organisational dynamics, intercultural complexity and navigating moments where the stakes are high and the right path forward isn't obvious.

My Approach
Most leadership problems look strategic. They rarely are.
Underneath the missed targets and the misaligned teams, there's almost always something human going on.
Culture, intercultural dynamics and team performance are the three areas where I've spent most of my career, because they're the three things that determine whether a leadership team actually works, regardless of how good the strategy is.
My work has always combined data with human behaviour. Over the past decade I've worked with human intelligence at scale, designing and running large-scale people analytics that surface what organisations often can't see from the inside.
Plus, for the past 5 years, I have worked alongside leadership intelligence platform that brings that same rigour to board-level talent and succession decisions.
I understand how the data is built, what it can tell you and, critically, what it can't. That makes me uniquely placed to help leadership teams act on what the intelligence surfaces.
