My Approach
Strong organisations are built by leaders who can bring people with them.
The ability to lead effectively, build high-performing teams and work across cultures has never been more important. These are the three areas where I’ve spent most of my career, because they’re the factors that determine whether a strategy succeeds in practice, not just on paper.
My work combines data with human behaviour. Over the past decade, I’ve designed and led large-scale people audits, leadership assessments and organisational diagnostics that help leaders see what is often difficult to spot from the inside. The insights matter, but it’s what happens next that creates change.
