Helping leadership teams build trust, alignment and effectiveness during periods of growth, pressure and change

I work with founders, CEOs and leadership teams at the moments when something important needs to be addressed.

Trust is the thing most leadership teams don't talk about directly until it becomes impossible to ignore.

When the data highlights uncomfortable truths about the performance of the team.

When the team isn't driving forward in the way it should.

When clients and customers are hard to acquire or moving away.

Having the right conversation at the right time can change the trajectory of a company.

Most leadership teams aren't failing because of strategy.

They're struggling because trust has eroded, communication has shut down or difficult conversations have been avoided for too long.

That's where I come in.

Leaders usually reach out when

Trust within the leadership team has broken down or is starting to erode.

A key client relationship or commercial partnership is under strain and the trust that underpins it needs to be rebuilt.

A founder or CEO is losing the buy-in of their team and isn't sure why.

Shareholder or board pressure is creating tension between the board and the executive team.

The leadership team spans different cultures, backgrounds or geographies and the trust between them needs to be addressed.

Leadership intelligence has surfaced something that now needs to be acted on.

The strategy makes sense on paper but isn't translating into how people actually work.

Conversations that need to happen are being avoided.

The leadership team needs space to step back and think clearly about what comes next.

Where I help

Leadership Trust &
Team Effectiveness

For leadership teams where trust has eroded, be that internally or with the clients and partners they depend on.

Communication may have shut down, leaders have lost their alignment and the team isn't moving together the way the business needs it to.

This typically looks like:

  • A leadership team offsite designed around a specific issue.

  • A facilitated conversation that surfaces what's really going on beneath the performance data.

  • A series of sessions helping a leadership team reconnect after a period of significant change.

  • A cross-functional workshop where commercial relationships and internal dynamics are addressed together.

Executive Partnership

A confidential space for CEOs, founders and HRDs navigating complex decisions about culture, performance and organisational direction.

This includes the commercial and client relationships where the stakes are high and the right path forward isn't clear.

This typically looks like:

  • An ongoing advisory relationship with a CEO or founder carrying decisions they can't work through internally.

  • A series of one-to-one sessions with an HRD navigating a sensitive leadership or cultural challenge.

  • A trusted outside perspective for an executive managing board pressure or a difficult commercial relationship.

Leadership Intelligence Advisory

Organisations are investing more than ever in understanding their leadership landscape, through assessments, talent reviews, succession planning and increasingly, AI-driven intelligence platforms.

I work with leadership teams and HRDs to make sense of what the intelligence is surfacing, translating data into the conversations that need to happen and the decisions that need to be made.

Having worked closely with AI-powered leadership intelligence platforms at board level, I understand how the data is built and what it can reliably tell you. I help organisations to stay on the right side of changing legislation and the ethics of AI.

This typically looks like:

  • A board or executive session designed to make sense of what a leadership assessment or talent review has surfaced.

  • A facilitated conversation helping a leadership team act on succession data they've been sitting on.

  • An advisory engagement helping an HRD translate AI-generated people intelligence into a plan the executive team will actually act on.

My Approach

Most leadership problems look strategic. They rarely are.

Underneath is misunderstood clients, misaligned teams and a slow drop off in trust between people.

Trust, intercultural dynamics and team performance are the three areas where I've spent most of my career, because they're the three things that determine whether a leadership team actually works, regardless of how good the strategy is.

My work has always combined data with human behaviour. Over the past decade I've worked with human intelligence at scale, designing and running large-scale people analytics and audits that surface what organisations often can't see from the inside.

Plus, for the past 5 years, I have worked alongside leadership intelligence platform that brings that same rigour to board-level talent and succession decisions.

I'm calm, direct and plain-speaking. I help leaders ask better questions, have harder conversations and move forward with more clarity than they came in with.
